  • Are the tours all inclusive?

    Yes our tours are all inclusive prices includes entry fees to each site/excursions.


    All tours comes with private transportation.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.
    • All transfers and tours schedules are pre-scheduled. “No shows” are non-refundable.
    1. Cancellations made 24 hours or less - No Refund.
    2. Cancellations made 48 Hours – A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
    3. Cancellation made 72 hours or more before event date – A full refund is issued.


  • What is a good tip?

    A good tip is whatever you're comfortable with or whatever you think the person deserve.

    Tipping is optional but highly appreciated.

  • Where do we pick up guests?

    • Hotels we pick up at the main lobby and drop off there as well.
    •  Airport transportation we pick up at the arrivals area outside the terminal.
    • For Airbnb or private Villas we pick up at the main area on the location.

  • Are these tours private?

    Yes all our tours are private it's more peaceful when everything is private.  

  • Can tours be customized?

    Most definitely our tours can be customize to your convenience.
